Rep. Phil Hare (D-IL) introduced a new bill, HR 2113, which would create new requirements for large employers to report a variety of data to the US Department of Labor. Under the bill, employers with more than 500 employees AND which own and control more than one establishment would be required to report:
HR 849 Worker Protection Against Combustible Dust Explosions and Fires Act of 2009. To require the Secretary of Labor to issue interim and final occupational safety and health standards regarding worker exposure to combustible dust, and for other purposes. Track the bill status :
